Launched in 1972 and 1973, Pioneers 10 and 11 have covered hundreds of millions of kilometers, heading toward the edge of our solar system. Travelling at 40 000 km per hour, until overtaken by the speedier Voyager 1, they were the farthest-venturing objects in space made by human. Both spacecrafts were tracked with enormous accuracy. The one part in a trillion. After taking into account all the known forces that can affect them, there was still a deviation from their predicted motion. Both Pioneers were slowing down for about 13000 km per year. Unexplained deviations in their trajectories lead to a number of theories, one of which involves a reevaluation of the nature of dark matter. For last thirty years this anomaly is known as 'pioneer's anomaly'. This theory brings its solution. The implication is a new physics.

In this article we bring the exact solution for explaining Pioneer’s “negative acceleration” anomaly which has been puzzling scientists for last thirty years. As a result, a formula for determining exact spacecraft position in deep space is given. By solving “Pioneer's mystery” we correct wrong presumptions offered by General relativity theory, such as behaviour of light affected by gravitation with a new approach to explanation of gravitational lens effect. Correspondingly, the wrong interpretation of different wavelength shifts (red shift, blue shift) which allow to explain various phenomena considered as unsolved problems in physics, is corrected. To demonstrate the ease of their explanation when calculating corrected nature principle, some of those problems are mentioned in this article. The consistency in explaining Three Classical Tests has also been demonstrated. Considering mass-energy preservation principle we deliver the relation between energy, mass and speed of light affected by gravitation. New discovery opens discussion of possible scenarios in deep space travelling by proposing different reference frame layers hierarchical structure of universe. We bring some geometrical solutions for calculating behaviour of celestial bodies affected by gravitation. Using mostly Euclidean geometry intuitive method, we try to explain what is considered as unintuitive phenomenon of time and space contraction. We offer the solution for method which produced wrong measurements and correspondingly, wrong conclusions. Conclusively, by removing crucial obstacles driven by wrong interpretation of nature phenomena discussed in this article we open the doors between quantum mechanics and principles of relativity.
