Abstract

Through a simple formula for a natural constant speed of light, which gives the same result for any frame of reference, universal variables for space and time are defined. Without using any natural constants (gravitational, quantum...), the interrelation of those variables deliver results for orbital and escape velocities, gravitation, gravitational dilation as well as dilation as a result of speed. It also calculates frequencies and wavelengths, radius, mass and energy.
The whole set of new, simple, precise and elegant equations, applicable for any frame of reference, describe the principle of universe. The principle explains and derives simple and precise formula for calculating precession of perihelion which gives correct results for all celestial bodies as well as subatomic particles. As an illustration of principles applicability, the Galaxy rotation problem solution as well as the Pioneer’s anomaly solution and Pound-Rebka experiment result has also been described.
One of the principle implications is the unitization of all measuring units and establishment of the unique measure.
